According to the American Cancer Society, you may have higher risk for colon cancer if you answer yes to the following questions:

Age
  • Are you over the age of 50?

    • Family History
  • Do you have a personal or family history of colorectal cancer?
  • Do you have a family history of a hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome?

    • Inflammation
  • Do you have a personal history of an inflammatory bowel disease?
